    PQH Series recirculating linear bearings

    PQH series rail guide bearing also based on four row circular arc contact, due to it’s SynchMotion TM technology, PQHH series linear slide unit can offer smooth movement, superior lubrication, quieter operation and longer running life, so this precision linear slide is suitable for high speed, low noise and reduced dust generation work condition.

    Features of PQH series linear slide rail and carriage

    (1) low noise
    By using SynchMotionTM technology, makes the balls arranged evenly and equally spaced， due to the elimination of contact between rolling elements, collision noise and sound levels are drastically reduced.

    (2) self-lubrication
    Because of special lubrication path design, the lubricant of the partition storage space can be refilled. Therefore the frequency of lubricant refilling can be decreased.

    (3) smooth movement

    Due to synchronous connector which connect the linear slide rail steel balls in a unified cycle, so when the linear slide guide start moving, all balls start almost simultaneously and no collision between balls, also can reduce the friction resistance.

    (4) High speed performance

    Synchronous connector linear slide design realize the ring contact between steel balls and connector, lower the friction as well as speed the movement.
